May 2020 Company predecessor was restructured in April. Chairman Lin Yixun, the General Manager Zhang Yishu led the former company's software and hardware, R&D groups, to create LINWEAR, a global intelligent wearable overall solution provider integrating R&D, production, sales, and brand operation. LINWEAR has moved its headquarters, R&D center, and production center to a new base covering an area of over 10.000 square meters. Since that, we start a new journey of intelligent wearable products for global markets. 2016 Embedded BLE long battery life smartwatches. We always believe that innovation is the primary productive force. As of May 2020, we have already gained over 200 patents in smart wearable products. In March 2015 Chairman Lin Yixun was elected as the Exc-President of the Shenzhen Smart Wearable Industry Association. January Mr. Lin Yixun and Mr. Zhang Yishu founded Shenzhen Kingswear Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd.(the company predecessor of LINWEAR), and Mr. Lin Yixun was the chairman, Mr. Zhang Yishu was the general manager, they owned 80% holder of the company. 2014 As the earliest solution provider and manufacturer of the smart wearable industry, Linwear founders, Mr.Lin Yixun and Mr. Zhang Yishu entered the industry in the year of 2014, and this year, the first generation phone smartwatch GV08 was launched and quickly became the best seller and most classic smartwatch, which marked the start of smartwatch industry in Shenzhen. 2012The company predecessor of LINWEAR, Shenzhen Pufeixun Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.Was founded.
